In order to increase the accuracy of the volumetric feeder, the equipment can be equiped with electronical device to become a loss in weight gravimetric feeder.
The arch breaker or silo unloader is fitted with a slide gate valve assembly and is totally mechanical. Product is always maintained within the feeder. This guarantees the accuracy independently of the load in the silo. This silo unloader can be mounted on new or existing silos. The conveyor ensures, besides, product transfering to process application. One silo can be fitted with several metering conveyors, flexible or rigid ones.
Many equipments can be fitted at the outlet of the dosing screw like Conveying screw DMR, Injector ID,Mixer MBV , Mixing tank...
By installing under a silo an arch breaker ZCD 800 it is possible to install up to 4 dosing screws with different outputs. Those equipments are fully adapted in gas treatment where several incineration line must be fed.
