In order to bring a solution to meet your needs, calculation are done according to your requirements ( output discharge rate, concentration….) to offer a tank volume designed to your needs. In the case of lime slurry, we consider datas like: homogeneous mixture, wet correctly the hydrated lime particules, increase the quality mix of lime slurry created with the shear of agitator…. Finally, in order to improve the mixture quality and homogeneity of the lime slurry or activated carbon dilution, our tanks are fitted with anti-vortex paddle.
It is also possible to adapt accessories according to the application :
- Wetting device to increase the quality of slurry for activated carbon.
- Injection Box of hydrated lime to make the connection between the preparation tank and the injector.
